Revenue

The monetary value of the output is defined in this section.

In the Categories section, it is possible to specify the percentage of the crop that is to be sold on a Live Weight basis, or after being Dressed or Processed as portions or meat & skin. These values have to total 100%. On the Live and Dressed and Processed tabs the rates of revenue for different types of output are defined.

If a certain category has been set to zero, then the fields pertaining to it on the Live and Dressed and Processed tabs are greyed and cannot be edited.

Portions are processor and breed specific, so the values calculated by the model and displayed in the output section should be used only as a guide.
