Broiler optimiser results

After solving, a new icon representing the solution is added underneath the flock. By default the name of the solution is composed of the date and time of solving, with the method used appended in brackets. A ‘+’ at the end of the name indicates that a grid solution was refined by a numerical solution using the best grid solution as a starting point. The solution name may be changed as desired.

Solutions from the three different tools are represented as follows:

• nutrient density optimiser solution
• amino acid content optimiser solution
• feeding period optimiser solution

When a solution is selected in the tree, results are displayed on the right. Each tab offers results in a different format.

• Optimum feeds
• Results (tables)
• Reports (optimiser)
• Summary reports by time, weight or feed
• Component graphs
